We are dedicated to bridging the gap between emergency medicine and legal knowledge. Our program aims to equip healthcare professionals with the essential legal insights needed to navigate the complex and high-risk environment of emergency medicine.
Where passion meets expertise
ER Legal Course offers a specialized online course aimed at educating healthcare professionals, particularly those in emergency medicine, about legal risks and malpractice. Created by Dr. Reese Nicolini, a seasoned emergency physician and healthcare law specialist, the course focuses on bridging the knowledge gap between medicine and law. It teaches medical practitioners how attorneys approach legal matters, including malpractice cases, and how understanding these legal principles can help them navigate the complex legal landscape. The course is designed to provide practical legal insights to protect healthcare providers from the psychological and professional toll of a lawsuit. The mission is to empower clinicians with knowledge, ensuring they are better prepared to handle legal challenges in their practice, especially in emergency situations.
